Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All orders — custom and in-stock — are processed and shipped from our studio in the order they are received.

Custom & engraved orders: Processing begins once a final design has been approved by the customer. After approval, most orders are completed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Complex or multi-piece orders may take slightly longer — we’ll communicate any delays proactively.

Ready-to-ship items: In-stock items with no personalization ship within 1–3 business days of order placement.

Processing times do not include transit time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

USPS Ground Advantage is used for most small and lightweight orders. It’s reliable, trackable, and typically arrives in 2–5 business days within the continental US.

UPS Ground is used for larger or heavier orders. Transit times are typically 1–5 business days depending on destination.

We select the carrier best suited to your order’s size and weight. If you have a carrier preference, note it in your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $149.99 or more (before tax, after discounts). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Orders under $149.99 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also find tracking information in your account under Order History.

If you haven’t received a tracking update within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in states where Laser Inspired LLC has nexus, as required by law. The applicable tax rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
