This website is operated by Laser Inspired LLC, a laser engraving and custom product studio. Our contact information is available on the Contact page.

2. Orders & Custom Work

All custom and personalized orders are made to your specifications. By submitting a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use any names, logos, images, or text included in the order, and that doing so does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Laser Inspired LLC reserves the right to decline any order that contains content we determine to be offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Once a design proof has been approved and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. See our Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns page for full details.

3. Intellectual Property

All original designs, photographs, digital files, and content on this website are the property of Laser Inspired LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission.

Digital download files purchased from our shop are licensed for personal and small commercial use by the purchaser. They may not be resold, redistributed, or relicensed to third parties in their original or modified form.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Laser Inspired LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display product photos, descriptions, and specifications accurately. However, colors may appear differently on different screens, and slight variations in handcrafted items are normal and expected.

If you receive an item that materially differs from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

6. Limitation of Liability

Laser Inspired LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Laser Inspired LLC is registered. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
