This price listed for this item is a deposit only. Every wood sign we produce is unique, and would be impossible to list accurate pricing for one of a kind items. Once we receive your ‘order’, we will reach out and help you determine the best options and design possibilities for your budget and provide an estimate for your sign. If accepted, the deposit will be deducted from the total. We will begin designing your sign once the quotation has been approved and paid. If you do not accept the quote and want to go a different direction, we will refund your deposit.
For signs that will be outside and exposed to the weather, we recommend Cedar, Cypress, Teak, Ipe, or White Oak. All of these species are naturally resistant to decay, however, will require annual maintenance to keep them looking like new. Any wood, finished or not, will display effects of UV degradation and while we can slow the process using finishes like Spar Urethane and oils, these woods will still ‘gray’ over time. Our engravings can be very deep, so even weathered signs still look great and have long lasting beauty!
