Sales Tax & Shipping Policies

Shipping

  1.  When we inform you that your product has shipped, it has been delivered to either USPS, UPS or other for shipment.  We do not make false claims that your order has shipped by merely giving you a tracking number.  At that point, delays are out of our control and we encourage you to track your package with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. If you have selected a rush shipping method, that amount of time claimed for delivery is a claim from the delivery company, and only begins once that company receives your order from us.  
  3. We are a brand new company and do not “stock” a ton of inventory, however we have reputable and responsive vendors and we receive products every couple days.  Items on our site that say “in stock” are in stock through our vendors, but we still must await their arrival at our shop for customization.  That being said, we strive to deliver your finished products as quickly as possible.  Initially we expect to be able to have your completed order delivered with 5 – 7 business days when using standard shipping methods.  Our goal is to grow quickly enough to have a larger inventory of product on hand for immediate personalization and faster delivery.  

Sales Tax

  1.  We are headquartered in North Carolina and our sales tax nexus is exclusively in this state for the time being.  That means that if you live in, or are ordering a product that will be delivered to a NC address, we will charge the appropriate sales tax for the county in which is is being delivered.  We also, by law, must charge sales tax on the shipping portion of your order as well.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser for any orders being shipped outside of NC to pay the appropriate sales or use tax in their municipality .
